OUR OBJECTIVE
Oakridge Services strives daily to improve our performance by prioritising client satisfaction, fostering innovation and upholding our dedication to environmental responsibility. By reimagining what it means to excel in our industry and fulfill our objective of building infrastructure that benefits our community, we utilise our integrated management system to innovate, be dedicated to our environment and provide consistent, best practice services to our clients and stakeholders.
OUR COMMITTMENT
To meet our objective, Oakridge Services makes the following commitments:
- Maintain and monitor our Quality Management System ensuring compliance with the certification requirements of ISO 9001:2015
- Comply with all statutory obligations, company policies, standards and processes relevant to quality management.
- Ensure all employees understand their responsibilities and obligations for the effective implementation of our management system
- Provide appropriate information, training, supervision, education and resources to assist our employees to effectively implement and improve our management system
- Adopt a process approach and apply risk-based thinking to focus on critical activities and risk areas
- Establish appropriate quality strategies, objectives, targets and compliance programs
- Monitor and report on quality performance to ensure continuous improvement aimed at risk reduction, eliminate defects and other non-conformances
- Manage non-conformances, feedback and compliants through early identification, notification, methodical investigation and sharing of learnings
- Promote a culture of innovative service excellence and monitoring client perception levels of satisfaction and feedback
- Monitor the effective implementation of our Quality Policy and the integrated management system through management review, reporting processes and compliance programs to ensure its continues suitability and alignment with the strategic direction of the business
- Allow and encourage our employees to participate in quality decision managing and system review, whilst engaging with our people, subcontractors, and other interested parties to achieve standards
- Actively encourage communication and collaboration to share expertise, learnings and best practice to promote continuous improvements and risk management
- Share our Quality Policy with all employees, subcontractors, visitors, interested parties, and other stakeholders
- Conduct a regular formal review with all employees, subcontractors, visitors, interested parties and other stakeholders
- Conduct a regular formal review of our Quality Policy to ensure it remains effective, relevant and appropriate to the quality risks faced by our business

At Oakridge Services, the health and safety of our workers is of the highest priority and will not be compromised. We strive to develop best practice, robust practices to deliver efficient and effective health and safety outcomes.
Oakridge Services aims to provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment, where dialogue and feedback are encourages, and our team along with interested parties and other stakeholders, are committed to working together to ensure the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
OUR COMMITTMENT
To meet our objective, Oakridge Services makes the following commitments:
- Provide and encourage safe and healthy working conditions in a positive and inclusive culture that is based on strong leadership and effective consultation and communication, to ensure the prevention of work-related injury and ill health
- Maintain a Health & Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 obligations across all operations
- Comply with all workplace health and safety laws, regulations, other statutory obligations, company policies, standards and processes
- Ensure all employees and subcontractors understand their responsibilities and accountabilities for the effective implementation of our management system and this health and Safety Policy
- Consult with our employees on workplace health and safety matters and engage contractors, business partners and other experts to gain valuable input and to continually improve our standards, performance and expectations
- Empower all employees/subcontractors to speak up and report any unsafe work practices and unacceptable behaviours, as it is everyone’s responsibility to achieve a healthy and safe workplace
- Communicate and share our health and safety policies and procedures with all workers, subcontractors, visitors, principal contractors and interested parties.
- Apply risk management principles to the identification, assessment and control of hazards, work practices and behaviours that could cause incidents, injuries or illness
- Implement controls that seek to eliminate risks and where this is not achievable, apply the hierarchy of control to mitigate risks as far as is reasonably practicable
- Establish measurable health and safety targets and seek to continually improve our health and safety performance relating to all our operations, as well as promote reporting of health and safety observations, behaviours and incidents
- Review and revise this Health and Safety Policy regularly to ensure the process complies with legislative requirements and meets the needs of both organisation and employees

Oakridge Services is committed to implementing programs that consistently reduce our environmental footprint, safeguard and improve our surroundings, engage positively with neighbours and communities, promote the efficient use of resources, minimise waste, prevent pollution and maintain sustainability in all aspects of our work.
OUR COMMITTMENT
To deliver best practice Oakridge Services will:
- Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, company policies standards and processes, considering client requirements and industry guidelines through engagement, consultation and informed action
- Ensure out management system complies with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system standards and certification is maintained
- Encourage employees to participate in environmental decision making, and engage with employees, subcontractors, others business partners and stakeholders to achieve and continuously improve standards and expectations and consider how they can minimise their impact on the environment
- Ensure all employees understand their responsibilities and accountabilities for the effective implementation of our management system and this Enviromental Policy
- Apply risk management principles to the identification, assessment and control of hazards, work practices and behaviours that could cause negative environmental impacts, including the prevention of pollution
- Establish appropriate and measurable environmental strategies, programs, objectives and targets
- Provide appropriate information, training, education, supervision and resources to assist all employees to implement and maintain out management system and deliver on environmental targets, improve awareness, skills and performance relating to environmental practices and issues
- Support programs and initiatives that seek to mitigate and adapt to climate change, reduce emissions, prevent pollution of the environment and use resources sustainably
- Protect and enhance biodiversity and the natural ecosystems of the communities in which we live and work
- Manage environment incidents, close calls and hazardous conditions through early identification, notification and methodical investigation, through reporting and sharing of learnings
- Aim to eliminate negative environmental impacts and outcomes by monitoring the effect implementation of our Environmental Policy and management system and performance measured against objectives and targets to ensure continuous improvement
- Communicate and share our environment policy with all employees, visitors, subcontractors, and other interested partied and report on our environment performance
- Conduct regular formal reviews of our Environmental Policy and environmental management system to ensure its effectiveness, relevance and suitability to the environmental risks in the workplace
